WHAT ARE YOUR STORE POLICIES?

WHEN ARE YOU OPEN?
We are open from 10am to 3pm 7 days a week and we are open on most public holidays. Check our social media for any schedule closing times for holidays or bad weather updates.
ARE YOUR PRODUCTS AUSTRALIAN MADE?
Yes, 95% of our products are Australian handmade with 70% made locally on the Sunshine Coast. There are a few items that cannot be duplicated for a reasonable price here in Australia but we explore all avenues first.
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
Yes, we can ship internationally. Please check the customs guidelines for your country of residence, and ask us to provide a quote for international shipping before making a purchase.
DO YOU MAKE CUSTOM ITEMS?
Yes, we make custom signs, furniture and home decor items. Please visit the Custom Designs page on this website for more information and a photo gallery.

WHEN ARE THE WOOD CARVING WORKSHOPS?
Our wood carving workshops are held at various times throughout the year. Please visit the Workshops page on this website for more information and a photo gallery. You can book online via our website.
HOW DO WE BOOK IN FOR FACETIME SHOPPING?
We offer Facetime shopping at various times throughout the week, before and after opening times. During the week between 8am - 9am and 3pm -5pm. On the weekends bookings are by appointment. Please email us to book in for your virtual shopping experience.
